Terraform and DevOps

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Terraform and DevOps professional with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The role focuses on platform development and infrastructure automation using Terraform, coupled with modern DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler, preferably AWS or GCP, and will contribute to optimizing and streamlining our deployment pipelines and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Infrastructure: Build and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure smooth and automated software releases.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into everyday processes.
• Manage Cloud Environments: Oversee deployment and management of applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP, ensuring best practices for reliability and performance.
• Automate Processes: Leverage scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in DevOps or platform development roles.
• Solid hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficient in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with at least one hyperscaler (preferred experience with AWS and GCP).
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Relevant certifications for AWS or GCP will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps and platform development.
