Node JS Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Node JS Backend Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organization's goals by ensuring efficient data handling and deploying applications on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement robust database solutions with MongoDB.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Support application deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Node.js and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Ability to write unit tests and conduct code reviews.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js.

Environment

• Open to candidates in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, and Coimbatore.
• Work setting may involve a combination of remote and in-office options.
