Job Summary

The Kapa Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications related to the Kapa ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and robust functionality in software projects, significantly contributing to the organization's technological advancement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications within the Kapa framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features tailored to Kapa applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Kapa applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices specific to Kapa.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing regarding Kapa development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in backend development with languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
