Job Summary
The Retail Experience Manager will play a critical role in representing NUUK’s brand within retail environments, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving assisted sales. This position bridges customer interaction and product storytelling while maintaining high standards of brand execution in-store.
Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Assisted Sales
- Deliver premium, personalized product demonstrations that enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Drive assisted sales through effective product storytelling and consultations with customers.
- Ensure every customer interaction aligns with NUUK's brand standards to build trust and loyalty.

In-store Brand Execution
- Maintain the aesthetics of product displays and experiential counters to ensure they are operational and visually appealing.
- Increase customer engagement through strategic in-store visibility and interaction opportunities.
- Uphold retail experience standards across partner stores to guarantee a consistent brand presence.

Store & Partner Coordination
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store staff and retail partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
- Coordinate with partner store teams to improve recommendation rates and sales outcomes.
- Support daily retail operations and assist in resolving any issues that arise.

Insights & Reporting
- Monitor customer feedback, including queries and objections, to gather insights on buying behavior.
- Report on competitor visibility and retail activities to help inform internal strategies.
- Maintain basic sales and operational reports to track performance metrics.

- Drive conversions of premium SKUs and identify opportunities for cross-category upselling.
- Take ownership of sales targets and key customer experience metrics.
- Represent NUUK with accountability, seeking ways to improve retail execution and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-7 years in premium retail, assisted sales, or customer experience roles.
- Preferred Brands Exposure: Experience with brands such as Dyson, Apple, Bose, or Croma is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability in product storytelling and effective communication.
- Customer Orientation: A customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Execution Focused: Demonstrated ownership and accountability in fast-paced retail environments.
- Understanding of Customer Behavior: Good knowledge of premium customer demographics and assisted selling techniques.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
