Job Title: Design Engineer Loca on: Delhi, India Company: Wootzwork Labs Private Limited Job Descrip on: Wootzwork Labs Private Limited seeks a Design Engineer dedicated to ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring both innova on and func onality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a passion for turning conceptual ideas into real-world applica ons. Key Responsibili es: • Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD soware. • Conduct simula ons and analyses to evaluate designs for performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-func onal teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to refine designs and ensure product requirements are met. • Manage prototyping and tes ng of mechanical components, analyzing results to refine designs. • Prepare detailed technical documenta on including design specifica ons, assembly instruc ons, and maintenance manuals. • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best prac ces to con nuously improve design processes and product quality. • Support the produc on team by providing solu ons to manufacturing challenges and overseeing the implementa on of design changes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. • Proficient in CAD soware (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and component design, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think cri cally and innova vely. • Effec ve communica on skills, capable of working collabora vely in a team environment as well as independently. • Proven ability to manage mul ple projects simultaneously and meet cri cal deadlines.
