Co-Founder (Reflekt)

Who we are: You will be working closely with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs in the DTC vertical with a track record of launching and scaling DTC brands in the Beauty, Home, and Food vertical. Over the past few years, we have co-founded some of the most iconic social media-driven consumer brands in Western Europe. Brands like Ava & May, Hello Body, Banana Beauty, and Natural Mojo are the vertical leaders in their respective categories in Europe.

 

Responsibilities

 

As Co-Founder, you will scale Reflekt in our New Delhi offices.

You will:

• Plan and execute the business strategy of Reflekt, focusing on profitable growth 
• Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
• Hire a cross-functional team
• Oversee the product development
• Drive our marketplace and webshop strategy
• Work closely together with the co-founder and board members

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups; 5+ years of working in the e-commerce domain
• Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a relevant area from a top university
• Proven leadership skills
• Hands-on and results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Availability to start within the next 3 months
