Gen AI Engineer

Job Summary

The Gen AI Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing AI machine learning (ML) models, particularly focusing on large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP) applications. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the organization’s AI capabilities and contributes to innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex problems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in AI, ML, LLM, and NLP technologies.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and accuracy.
• Analyze data sets to derive insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with large language models and their applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data science concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools.

Experience
