<p style="margin-bottom:11px">We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the PR function of India’s leading home-grown domestic wine consumer brand- Sula Vineyards Ltd. This presents a thrilling opportunity to lead media initiatives and craft compelling narratives to communicate the joy of wine to Young India, ultimately positioning wine as their drink of choice. This role will involve, but not be limited to: 1. Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy that supports Sula Vineyards ‘s business objectives and enhances our brand visibility 2. Media Relations: Should have existing strong relationships with key media personnel in the lifestyle, food & beverage, and business sectors. Manage media inquiries and interview requests. 3. Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles and digital media that effectively communicates Sula’s brand story initiatives and achievements. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. 4. Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse media coverage. Provide regular reports on PR campaigns' effectiveness and ROI. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, HR, Hospitality and others, to ensure a unified brand message. 6. Digital PR Initiatives: Utilize digital platforms like LinkedIn to effectively enhance brand visibility and engagement, aligning with current trends and audience preferences. 7. Budget Management: Oversee the PR budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for optimal impact. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS 1. 7-10 years of experience in public relations, with a strong preference for experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. 2. Demonstrated success in executing high-impact public relations campaigns 3. Established relationships with both local and national media 4. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the power to craft compelling copy. 5. Proficiency in PR and social media tools and platforms 6. Leadership experience and team management skills This role will be based in Mumbai, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will involve business related travel to Nasik</p>
