As part of our exciting growth journey, we’re expanding our Software Engineering team and are on the lookout for a talented Engineering Manager/ Lead to join us on a hybrid basis at our Hyderabad office.
This is a rare chance to work on high-impact greenfield products for some of the biggest and most iconic sports
brands in the world. You’ll be at the forefront of building modern, scalable software from the ground up, helping shape the future of fan engagement across global sport.
As an Engineering Manager, your impact goes far beyond writing exceptional code. You’ll lead by example,
setting high technical standards, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and
innovation. Your role will span from shaping architectural decisions to partnering closely with cross-
functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality. This is a leadership position where your voice influences key technical decisions.
Responsibilities

Build and lead high performing engineering teams, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, setting benchmarks for technical skill and innovation.
• Be a key advocate for developer experience and have a keen interest in continually improving it.
• Encouraging a blameless culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Leading and influencing the technical design, architecture and development of digital projects.
• Work closely with other Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads and Product Managers to understand problems and define technical scope for global sports properties.
• Guide the integration of advanced data technologies, capitalizing on data visualization, machine learning, and digital marketing to enhance fan engagement and revenue growth.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, endorsing best practices in release management, process automation, and source control.
• Provide expert technical consultancy to both internal and external stakeholders, driving technological solutions that bolster business growth and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, leveraging this knowledge to foster innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
