Job Summary

The Project Director (DPD) for Tropical Isle will oversee the overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and quality of the project. This role requires managing a cross-functional team and a deep understanding of the entire value chain in the Real Estate Industry, from land acquisition to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage asset performance to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns.
• AOP Planning: Ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to maintain the business plan.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Project Execution: Execute projects in accordance with the business plan.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks to project returns during both the pre-construction and construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and recommendations to management.
• Team Leadership: Set work objectives and goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School.
• Certifications: Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Experience: At least 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, financial analysis, risk assessment, and communication skills.
