Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager – Learning & Development
Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Learning and Development (L&D)

Job Location: (Plant/ Factory Office/Sales Office/SCM-Field Office): BSWMPL - Factory
Position Reports to: (Reporting Authority): Head- L&D, Head- HR &Admin.

Overall, Purpose:
Consolidate TNA/TNI of employees and organize end-to-end training programs in consultation with AGM-
L&D, Head-HR, Functional Heads, and COO & CEO.

Core Responsibilities
1. Plan, designed, and documented Training Contents and implemented technical and behavioural
training programs for employees, staff and workers through Offline / Online/ Virtual Training
2. Prepare and execute of training calendar in alignment with TNI/TNA.
3. Organize /Conduct /Schedule /Coordinate the training as per plan.
4. Evaluation & Assessment of the effectiveness of training based on feedback.
5. Prepare and maintain skill matrix for shopfloor workforce.
6. Documentation of training records in line with ISO9001:2015 and face internal and external audits.
7. Help managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
8. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
9. Impart/assist modern shop floor practices like 5S, Kaizen and TPM and Safety (EHS) Related Training
10. Identification of internal and external training partners/vendors and coordination, Vendor Database
11. Formulate, monitor and control the training budget.
12. Responsible for new leader assimilation programs and employee relations.
13. Lead employee orientation/induction programme for new hires.
14. Coordinate and communicate end-to-end training programs across the company.
15. Preparing of monthly training calendar and ensuring training is completed as per plan.
16. Preparing monthly training bulletin
17. Compiling of Internal and external audit reports as per ISO standards
18. Preparation of training modules as per the requirement and translation of them into other Languages.
19. Manage and maintain in-house training requirements.
20. Plan and Deliver Induction training for new joiners and evaluate the feedback.
21. Track and compile all training records like training attendance, calendar, summary
and other training reports.
22. Assist in the process of TNI/TNA and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
23. Assist in making of Annual Training Budget and tracking training expenses.
24. Maintain training library.
25. Assist in the process of preparing the Annual training calendar and co-ordinate accordingly.
Experience, Education, Qualification, and Special Training
Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA-HR / MHRM/ MSW / PGDB / any, with relevant Core HR Function with
domain expertise in Training & Development/learning development, Content Development working
experience.
Should have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience with Manufacturing / Process Industries/ L&D Firms
experience in HR-L&D related portals/Customized L&D Portal will be added advantage
Age: Between 30 to 45 years.
Preference: Male / Female Candidates preferably from Hyderabad Localities / willing to Relocate
