Job Description
Key Responsibilities<br /> •<br /> Handle end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.<br /> •<br /> Lead the create side: ideate and develop ad copy, design creatives, define audience targeting, and structure campaigns.<br /> •<br /> Optimize campaigns for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and other key performance indicators.<br /> •<br /> Plan and execute A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and targeting tactics.<br /> •<br /> Monitor performance daily and recommend actionable improvements.<br /> •<br /> Analyze data to generate insightful performance reports for stakeholders.<br /> Key Requirements<br /> •<br /> 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.<br /> •<br /> Proven experience in ad creation, campaign setup, and optimizations.<br /> •<br /> Strong understanding of paid social media, paid search, and analytics.<br /> •<br /> Ideally, experience working in a D2C brand or performance marketing agency.<br /> •<br /> Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to dig into campaign metrics.
