Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.

Lead the create side: ideate and develop ad copy, design creatives, define audience targeting, and structure campaigns.

Optimize campaigns for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and other key performance indicators.

Plan and execute A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and targeting tactics.

Monitor performance daily and recommend actionable improvements.

Analyze data to generate insightful performance reports for stakeholders.
Key Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Proven experience in ad creation, campaign setup, and optimizations.

Strong understanding of paid social media, paid search, and analytics.

Ideally, experience working in a D2C brand or performance marketing agency.

Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to dig into campaign metrics.
