The Senior Engineering Leader will be responsible for driving the engineering vision and strategy in a high-growth environment. • Technical Depth: Strong expertise in embedded systems, real-time video streaming, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and web/mobile applications.
• Domain Advantage: Experience in telematics, fleet tech, automotive systems, or IoT platforms is highly desirable.
• Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams while managing through ambiguity and driving rapid growth.
• Execution Excellence: Strong bias for action, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a commitment to a customer-first mindset.
• Communication: Ability to influence and engage effectively across technical, business, and external stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
