Job Description

Role Overview:
Looking for a D2C Lead from the luxury space who understands the nuances of high-end brand storytelling. You’ll lead our D2C function, working directly with the founder, to build brand visibility, manage campaigns, oversee PR, and craft our social media voice.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute brand and product campaigns end-to-end, aligned with luxury positioning.
  • PR Oversight: Liaise with our PR agency, ensure strategic alignment, content quality, and timely execution of media activities.
  • Social Media Ownership: Curate and manage content strategy for Instagram and other relevant platforms, in line with brand tone.
  • Brand Growth: Define key D2C growth levers (excluding influencer marketing), ensuring initiatives drive quality engagement and customer loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, product, and operations to bring campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a luxury brand in a Growth / Marketing / D2C role
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, PR coordination, and social media strategy
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer’s mindset and expectations
