Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer with a passion for software engineering and strong coding abilities. The role involves contributing to the analysis, design, coding, and implementation of large-scale, custom-built applications and platforms. The successful candidate will help promote best practices in software development and drive Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and implement large-scale custom-built applications and platforms.
• Champion best practices including SOLID principles, Object-Oriented design, and pair programming.
• Write clean, high-quality code, and improve existing code quality.
• Drive Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Deliver applications adhering to MACH principles: Microservices, API First, Cloud Native, and Headless.
• Collaborate on UI development using frameworks such as Angular or React, and implement micro frontend architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly in Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot, MVC, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI Frameworks, particularly Angular or React.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fullstack development is required.
