Job Summary

As a Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing analytical and operational support for various applications. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient workflows and application performance which ultimately contributes to the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Employ strong critical thinking and analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by understanding operational workflows that are supported by applications.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Quickly adapt to learning new applications and excel in new assignments as they arise.
  • Manage and support applications relevant to:
    • HVAC systems
    • Facilities work order management
    • Key management
    • Risk/feedback reporting
    • Security incident reporting
    • Class tracking
    • Membership application/management
  • Initial applications to become familiar with include Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), and Trane/TracerEnsemble.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record with applications related to HVAC and facilities management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with application management and tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of IT support best practices.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a support analyst or similar role, preferable within facilities or operational support settings.

Environment

  • The role operates in a hybrid work environment, with a typical work schedule from 6 PM to 3:30 AM.

Salary

  • Salary budget set at $120,000 annually.
