Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the advancement of our testing frameworks and help drive continuous improvement in our development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automation tests, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
• Identify, record, and track software defects to closure.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven).
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of API testing frameworks (e.g., RestAssured).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience in performance or security testing is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 5 years in Automation Testing with Selenium and Java.
• Relevant experience in software quality assurance, test automation frameworks, and scripting.

Environment

• Work Location: Pune or Hyderabad.
• Type: Full-Time.
• Start Date: Within 15 days from offer.
• Collaborative office environment; some flexibility may be available as per company policy.

Salary

• Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum.
