Job Summary

This role will act as a Centre-of-Excellence (CoE) for SAP S/4 HANA (PP/QM Module) and will be responsible for supporting SAP S/4 HANA implementations and business-as-usual (BAU) support for the PP/QM module across our businesses globally through the respective vendors. The responsibility also includes evaluation and recommendation of business process improvements using industry best practices to address existing and changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S/4 HANA expertise, particularly in the PP/QM Module, and its integration with other SAP modules.
• Understand and document business requirements, assessing fitment with SAP PP/QM standard functionalities.
• Validate functional and technical specification documents and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive business application enhancements in response to organizational changes or changes to business processes.
• Ensure business IT initiatives are followed through from conceptualization to project implementation.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans for the implementation of the SAP PP/QM module and/or functional process improvements.
• Coordinate with business users and third-party support teams to ensure timely and quality support for incidents and change requests.

Qualifications

• Education: MCA or B.E. (Computers/Electronics/IT) is required. SAP S/4 HANA PP certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP ERP PP/QM module as a functional consultant, with at least 1 year of experience in S/4 HANA and at least one full cycle SAP ERP implementation experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM module.
  • Project management experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP PP/QM Module.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
  • Ability to handle cultural differences and geographical complexities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for global project implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting within the CPG industry.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in SAP ERP PP/QM module as a functional consultant, with at least 1 year of experience in S/4 HANA and at least one full cycle SAP ERP implementation experience.
