<p style="margin-bottom:11px">Job Summary:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">As the Director &ndash; Marketing Communications, you will play a vital role in developing and executing effective communication strategiesto engage our customer base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal player experience. Your expertise in communication strategy, data analysis, and industry trends will drive initiativesto improve player retention, increase customer lifetime value, and foster a strong community.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategiesto enhance player engagement and retention across various platforms and channels. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teamsto align communication efforts and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Analyze player behaviour, market trends, and player feedback to identify opportunities and formulate data-driven communication strategies. Create and optimize targeted communication campaigns, including email marketing, in-game notifications, social media content, and other relevant channels. Utilize segmentation and personalization techniquesto deliver tailored messages and offers that resonate with different player segments. Implement A/B testing methodologiesto evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and optimize engagement metrics.&nbsp;Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to player engagement and retention, and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team. Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to develop strategiesfor seamless player onboarding and smooth transition to long-term engagement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesin communication and player engagement to identify innovative strategies and opportunities. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members as required.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">Qualifications: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master&#39;s degree is a plus. Proven experience in communication strategy, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry. Strong understanding of player behaviour, gaming trends, and the factors that drive player engagement and retention. Demonstrated successin developing and implementing communication campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, push notifications, and social media. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret metrics to inform decision-making and optimize communication strategies. Experience with customersegmentation and personalization techniquesto deliver targeted and relevant communication. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.</p>
