Responsibilities: Innovative Conceptualization: ● Spearhead the process from conceptualization to execution of innovative and creative campaigns that align with the brand's messaging and objectives. ● Introduce fresh and creative ideas that set the brand apart in the market. Brand Identity: ● Establish and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity for Kushals. ● Ensure that all creative elements align with the brand's values, messaging, and target audience. Provide Art Direction: ● Lead discussions with various creative teams to create detailed creative briefs and provide clear direction for executing the planned objective. ● Oversee the execution of creative concepts, and visual assets and ensure it is aligned with the overall concept. Content Development: ● Direct the creation of engaging and effective copy for various marketing channels. ● Collaborate with visualizers to ensure visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling. Project Management: ● Establish clear project scopes and timelines for the various teams to ensure timely delivery of visual design requirements. ● Determine the necessary resources, both human and technical, for each project. Quality Control: ● Review and approve creative assets at key stages to ensure adherence to quality standards. ● Maintain consistency in design, layout, and execution. Adaptation for different platforms: ● Manage the adaptation of creative assets for various channels, maintaining consistency while catering to specific platform requirements. ● Ensure brand consistency while tailoring content to diverse audiences. Team Leadership and Management: ● Lead a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, visualizers, designers, studio, and fashion stylists. ● Streamline processes within each team to enhance efficiency and productivity. ● Work closely with the fashion stylists team to showcase jewelry in a way that enhances its appeal and resonates with the target audience. Budget Management: ● Manage creative project budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. ● Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
