Job Title: General Ledger (GL) Accountant – Record to Report (R2R)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GL Accountant with expertise in Record to

Report (R2R) processes to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of

experience in GL accounting and R2R operations, possess strong analytical skills, and be

fluent in Telugu. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting activities, month-end

closings, reconciliations, and reporting in alignment with accounting standards and company

policies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage general ledger accounting including journal entries, accruals, and

reconciliations.

 Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in line with financial reporting

schedules.

 Handle intercompany transactions, fixed assets accounting, and balance sheet

reconciliations.

 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting

standards.

 Analyze variances and trends in financial data and provide insights to management.

 Maintain documentation of accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal

controls.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.

Key Requirements:

 CA

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GL accounting and R2R processes.

 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

 Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
