Job Summary
We’re looking for a Web3 marketing professional who can scale our brand, drive community engagement, and position CredShields as the leading voice in Web3 security. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Responsibilities

Brand Building & Thought Leadership in Web3 Security
- Position CredShields and its products (SolidityScan & RustScan) as category leaders.
- Publish high-quality LinkedIn articles and Twitter threads weekly.
- Host & participate in X/Twitter Spaces and represent CredShields in these talks.
- Build brand narratives and market differentiation (audit quality, speed, and pricing).

Audience Growth
- Achieve follower growth on Twitter and LinkedIn through organic and paid efforts.
- Build a strong online brand voice and active presence in Web3 communities.

Content Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a multi-channel content calendar (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube).
- Produce content types including use cases, ecosystem news, product updates, client features, and case studies for CredShields and SolidityScan.
- Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels with performance tracking.

Newsletters & Community Engagement
- Launch and manage a weekly Web3 Security Newsletter spotlighting ecosystem threats, solutions, and insights.
- Send monthly updates to active users, partners, and customers featuring product updates, audits, integrations, and community highlights.

SEO & Lead Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate on SEO campaigns and content marketing for inbound lead generation.
- Run keyword-driven ads and create gated content (e.g., whitepapers, reports) for high-quality lead inflow.

Data & Performance Tracking
- Maintain a dashboard to track performance metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, conversions).
- Use metrics to iterate and improve the content and branding strategy.

Outbound Reachouts
- Identify high-impact Web3 hackathons and accelerator programs globally.
- Build outreach campaigns to engage with program organizers and community leads.
- Pitch partnership opportunities for CredShields, SolidityScan, and RustScan.
- Secure sponsorships, speaker slots, and technical integrations in events.
- Maintain and update a partnership pipeline for hackathons and ecosystems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for co-marketing and developer support during events.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or community growth.
- Proven track record of scaling social media presence and driving community engagement.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for Web3 (technical yet engaging).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Twitter Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, security tools, or smart contract auditing is a strong plus.
- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable operating independently in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working within the Web3 space, such as security protocols, DeFi tools, or launchpads.
- Experience coordinating with marketing agencies or freelancers for content building and production.
- Contributions to Twitter Spaces, Web3 media platforms, or Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or community growth.
