Job Title: Senior People Partner
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Position Overview
The Senior People Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing leadership capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing complex people-related priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
•
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
•
Partner with leadership to identify business needs and develop talent strategies to support organizational goals.
•
Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business transformation.
Talent Management & Development
•
Lead succession planning, career development frameworks, and leadership development programs.
•
Identify critical skills and talent gaps; create targeted interventions to build capabilities.
•
Coach leaders on talent management, performance optimization, and employee engagement.
Employee Relations & Engagement
•
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
•
Drive engagement initiatives, embedding a culture of inclusion, recognition, and accountability.
•
Lead organization-wide employee listening strategies and action planning.
Organizational Effectiveness
•
Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts to improve efficiency and agility.
•
Drive data-driven HR decision-making through people analytics and insights.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
•
Prior experience in [investment banking/financial services/professional services] preferred.
•
Exposure to managing HR in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
