About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist with database management and lead generation. The intern will play a key role in identifying potential business leads, gathering contact information, and initiating first-level communication with procurement professionals and decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, lead research, and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential business leads from industry-relevant websites, directories, and platforms.

• Extract and compile accurate contact information including email IDs, LinkedIn profiles, and company details.

• Identify and shortlist procurement heads, purchase managers, or relevant decision-makers within target companies.

• Draft and send introductory emails or LinkedIn connection requests/messages to initiate contact.

• Maintain and update lead database in an organized and accessible format.

• Track and report lead status: contacted, responded, or ready for handover.

• Coordinate with the reporting manager for smooth handover of warm leads.

Who You Are:

• A student or recent graduate with an interest in business development, marketing, or data management.

• Comfortable with web research, using tools like LinkedIn, Google, and business directories.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of professional email etiquette.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
