Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Graphic and Social Media Designer to join our team. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, crafting compelling graphics tailored for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content that aligns with the brand's identity, optimizing for social media outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually striking content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and advertisements.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute brand-aligned graphics for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create imagery that supports strategic goals and campaigns.
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices to maintain the brand’s relevance and appeal.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Des/M.Des in Communication Design, Graphic Design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• A deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in creating designs specifically intended to enhance user engagement on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with emerging design trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in communication and brand design, with a focus on retail environments.

Environment

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary
