Job Summary

The QE+AI Architect will lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance software quality, testing automation, and delivery efficiency. This role combines deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies with hands-on experience in quality assurance, test strategy, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI solutions for quality engineering use cases, including intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and guardrails.
• Lead the development of ML models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles.
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, especially agentic and tool-use patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
  • Familiarity with model governance and secure AI development.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale deployment of AI systems in production environments.
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical implications related to AI.

Experience

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture, with a focus on AI and quality engineering.
