Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CMS Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both content and catalog operations, working closely with product development and QA teams to gather requirements, maintain digital assets, and ensure accurate and timely updates across web platforms. The role requires detail-oriented professionals with a solid familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, QA) to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Draft detailed requirements for website content and catalog updates aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end CMS and Catalog Management lifecycle for international clients on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Coordinate and execute timely and accurate content and product catalog updates, including product descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, and categorization.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity across content slots, product hierarchies, navigation structures, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and seasonal content changes.
  • Perform functional and UAT testing to validate content and catalog updates against system specifications.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of total experience, with at least 4-6 years working as a CMS or Catalog Specialist in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (mandatory).
  • Experience in catalog data management, including handling large volumes of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and product metadata.
  • Prior experience working with international clients and supporting multi-region eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate business requirements.
  • Proficiency with tools used for requirements gathering, backlog management, and content updates.
  • Solid site-merchandising experience and ability to handle end-to-end CMS updates.
