<div>Lead monthly performance tracking and business analysis for all departments, ensuring data-driven decision making across the organization. &bull; Analyze financial reports and data from various business divisions, providing insights and recommendations to division heads during strategic discussions. &bull; Prepare, review, and analyze Monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports to monitor business performance. &bull; Propose improvements to the current MIS process to enhance reporting efficiency, consistency, and accuracy. &bull; Act as the primary point of contact for all data and intelligence gathering, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant insights. &bull; Create both periodic and ad hoc reports to support business initiatives and decision-making processes. &bull; Support the preparation of corporate presentations and investor communication materials, ensuring clarity and impact. &bull; Assist with investment analysis and budgeting processes, providing financial insights to support business growth.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities: &bull; Lead and execute strategic Key Projects. &bull; Drive commercial discussions on equity investments, M&amp;A and deals including diligence. &bull; Partner with a range of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the team is well prepared for all internal and external interactions, including supporting with the preparation of key papers and inputs for investor board meetings. &bull; Lead Financial Planning and Analysis to deliver key collaterals to the team for corporate finance-related decisions. &bull; Prepare and coordinate for M&amp;A collaterals - PPT, Financial Projections, Term Sheets, Shareholder Agreement. &bull; Ensure transaction readiness of the company and for each portfolio company at all times. &bull; Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity. &bull; Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company goals and objectives. &bull; Identify and assess financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, forex risk, and operational risk, and develop strategies to mitigate exposure. &bull; Assist with legal, secretarial and compliance-related decisions. &bull; Develop as a critical Team Lead in the Corporate Finance space.</div>
