Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities Business Development Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. Focus on targeting retail brands and consumer businesses seeking ecommerce transformation solutions. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across both India and GCC markets. Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums. Collaborate closely with internal teams to customise proposals and create tailored solution packages. Account Management Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams. Maintain long-term client relationships after the sale to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Serve as the escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring communication aligns with the client’s brand. Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Strategy & Reporting Monitor and report on key sales metrics, conversion ratios, and market feedback. </div>
