•    Provide integral support to the broader finance team during the year-end audit process, collaborating effectively with Big-4 audit firms.
•    Oversee funding and cash flow management, which includes coordinating capital calls, optimizing distributions, and monitoring fund cash flows across the group entities.
•    Adherence to all relevant SEBI and RBI regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
•    Proactively strengthen internal controls, identifying crucial areas for process enhancement, and improving operational efficiency to effectively mitigate financial risks.
