About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in WPF and MedTech domain experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of software development using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable .NET applications using C# and WPF.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and UI/UX designers.

• Understand and interpret medical/clinical domain requirements and implement software solutions accordingly.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices and design patterns.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environment with efficient sprint planning and delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on WPF.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, MVVM architecture, and design patterns.

• Proven experience in the MedTech or Healthcare domain is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – this is a key requirement.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
