Servicenow Lead - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSA, CIS, CAD

Job Summary

The Servicenow Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications within the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Cloud Management (CSA), Cloud Asset Management (CIS), and Change and Release Management (CAD). This role contributes significantly to enhancing the efficiency of IT services and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSA, CIS, and CAD.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and governance to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to end-users on best practices and usage of ServiceNow tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow implementations across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSA, CIS, CAD).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications in specific modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or related fields, with a focus on ServiceNow environments.

Environment

This role typically involves working in an office environment, with opportunities for remote work depending on company policies. The position may require occasional travel for project implementation or training purposes.
