Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with proven experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Test Architect to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for front-end, back-end, and data migration processes across our SaaS platforms, custom-built solutions, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications. This position demands a strong foundation in software testing and automation, with a focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Test Architect to design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Develop and execute automated and manual tests for front-end, back-end, and data migration scenarios.
  • Work with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality test code.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and software quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Robot Framework (must have).
  • Familiarity with SaaS, custom developments, and COTS applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or testing frameworks would be a plus.

Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
