Job Summary

This role is for a QA Engineer (SDET) with 5+ years of experience, focused on developing and executing automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our offerings. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of automation scripts using Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured, contributing to the quick onboarding of new clients and ensuring the scalability and security of our solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
• Collaborate with the experienced team to integrate quality assurance practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate quick implementations for new client onboarding by delivering end-to-end testing solutions.
• Ensure that all products meet quality, security, scalability, and user-friendly requirements.
• Participate in face-to-face interactions during the interview process to demonstrate technical expertise.
• Contribute actively to refining and advancing the overall QA strategy within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
• Proficient understanding of test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile environments and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable testing approaches.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in QA engineering, focusing on automation testing using Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured.

• Location: Bangalore (Permanent position with Coforge).
