Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition initiatives and managing general HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will enhance the organization’s hiring strategies while supporting key HR projects that influence the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Drive end-to-end hiring processes across business and functional roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to identify talent requirements.
- Manage sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and candidate experience.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and networking.
- Drive hiring efficiency and continuously improve recruitment processes.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (40%)
- Support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the HR Head on people-related initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across HR priorities.
- Bring a hands-on and solution-oriented approach towards HR processes.
- Drive the adoption of automation and technology-led practices within the HR function.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.
- Prior experience in FinTech or digital-first startup environments preferred.
- An engineering background is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Execution-driven, agile, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of automation, technology tools, and modern HR practices.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives and achieve results with minimal reliance on external vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with advanced HR technology and automation tools.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Environment
