Job Description

In this high-impact role, you'll get to:

Build and own the 12- and 24-month strategic plan to meet inbound-driven ARR goals

Set goals and guide team on all aspects of product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and other tactics to generate a high-quality pipeline

Manage the marketing budget (across demand gen, events, tool etc.) to ensure maximum return on investment.

Develop and implement strategies to own and improve BOFU, SQL leads, customer acquisition costs

Analyze and report on marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline goals for inbound and outbound sales engines

Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Act as a player-coach for the team size of 14+ individuals at the current stage and be responsible for hiring and development of the marketing organization

Bring focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practices and collaborate with internal orgs including product, marketing, onboarding/support, and customer success functions to help Rocketlane scale.
