<p>In this high-impact role, you'll get to:</p>
<p>Build and own the 12- and 24-month strategic plan to meet inbound-driven ARR goals</p>
<p>Set goals and guide team on all aspects of product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and other tactics to generate a high-quality pipeline</p>
<p>Manage the marketing budget (across demand gen, events, tool etc.) to ensure maximum return on investment.</p>
<p>Develop and implement strategies to own and improve BOFU, SQL leads, customer acquisition costs</p>
<p>Analyze and report on marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.</p>

<p>Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline goals for inbound and outbound sales engines</p>
<p>Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.</p>
<p>Act as a player-coach for the team size of 14+ individuals at the current stage and be responsible for hiring and development of the marketing organization</p>
<p>Bring focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practices and collaborate with internal orgs including product, marketing, onboarding/support, and customer success functions to help Rocketlane scale.</p>
