Job Description
We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and insight-obsessed Marketing Head to lead brand, content, and performance marketing for HIRA, India’s first clean, long-lasting fragrance brand. You’ll own the full funnel — from storytelling to sales — and play a pivotal role in scaling HIRA to ₹100Cr ARR in 12 months.
Own the Brand Narrative:
Drive top-of-mind recall across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels,
ensuring that HIRA’s brand message resonates with the target audience.
Lead Performance Marketing:
Adopt a creative and data-first approach to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC),
return on ad spend (ROAS), and new user growth. Develop strategies that balance
creativity with analytical precision.
Execute High-Impact Campaigns:
Build and launch campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms.
Tailor each campaign to its medium for maximum impact and reach.
Oversee Content and Creative Teams:
Lead content, creative, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media
efforts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer
touchpoints.
Utilize Consumer Insights:
Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product positioning,
packaging, and communication strategies. Align these elements to meet consumer needs and enhance brand appeal.
Manage Stakeholders:
Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams to focus on delivering tangible
outcomes rather than just outputs. Ensure alignment and collaboration across all
marketing activities.
Collaborate with Key Teams:
Work closely with founders, product, and revenue teams to ensure that marketing
strategies are effectively driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.
