Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, particularly in new and existing markets.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Drive the digital marketing agenda, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure these initiatives align with the brand's identity and business goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of scaling small brands to significant market positions.
- Experience with startups or entrepreneurial ventures is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics.
