Job Summary

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices within the organization. This position requires an understanding of the Scrum framework, Scrum values, and an Agile mindset. The Scrum Master will be responsible for training and guiding teams in these practices to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
• Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment that encourages self-organization.
• Provide support and training to team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with various Agile methodologies beyond Scrum is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scaling Agile practices in larger organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Experience
