The ideal candidate will have some experience managing<br /> projects, strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get<br /> clients onboarded on the Haptik platform in the Conversational AI space.<br /> What will you do every day?<br /> You will be guiding clients who are interested in building IVAs on the Haptik platform and onboarding<br /> them to enable them for success. You will also be working with PMs and a group of talented<br /> developers and QA engineers in delivering solutions of the highest quality and creating engaging<br /> user experiences in a specific domain. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have<br /> fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.<br /> Ok, you&amp;#39;re sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?<br /> ● Become an expert user of Haptik&rsquo;s bot building platform &amp;amp; marketplace. Be the go-to person<br /> for any query that is thrown your way<br /> ● Own the end-end execution of chatbot projects across Jio/Reliance entities. You will be<br /> managing multiple projects at a time<br /> ● You will be required to communicate with clients across the globe and unblock them<br /> ● Work closely with clients to understand their specific use case and requirement, design the<br /> solution flow and ensure bot gets built correctly per client requirement<br /> ● Understand best IVA design practices and tie them with Haptik&rsquo;s bot-building platform to<br /> build error-free IVAs in accordance with the solution requirements<br /> ● Help solutions scale up by identifying opportunities that enhance solutions in specific<br /> domains and reduce pain points for the clients to get onboarded<br /> ● Handling cross-functional communications. Manage dependencies across different teams<br /> ● Help to drive innovation and continuous improvement in solutions quality management and<br /> related business processes<br /> ● Provide feedback to the platform team regarding improvement/changes to the core Haptik<br /> tools<br /> ● Strong Program Management skills - project planning, scrum and committed to timely<br /> delivery of projects.<br /> Requirements*</div> <div>● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or STEM field<br /> ● Experience leading projects for 2-3 years for a Saas, information technology or a product<br /> based company<br /> ● Experience managing a small team under direct supervision<br /> ● Excellent communication<br /> ● Looking to take up more managerial responsibilities as part of career progression<br /> ● Extra points for coding skills in Python or doing market research<br /> ● Demonstrates initiative, a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-<br /> solving, and decision-making abilities<br /> ● Ability to derive insights from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis<br /> ● Basic understanding of how IVAs work. Brownie points for exposure to some chatbot tools!<br /> ● Passion about conversational AI (especially virtual assistants) a must<br /> * Requirements is such a strong word.
