ob description : 1) Onboarding DSA’s, agents, brokers, dealers and other individuals and entities that can act a source of providing leads for Sale of our used commercial vehicles and also in procurement of used commercial vehicles for our used commercial vehicles salepurchase business 2) Conduct daily field visits , explain and pitch the business opportunity to potential channel partners 3) Ensure activation and business generation through the Onboarded channel partners 4) Ensure timely commission disbursement  5) Ensure references for other Channel partners from the existing ones 6) Ensure consistent target achievement month on month 7) Ensure timely channel partner grievance resolution  8) Ensure punctuality as per reporting timelines <br />  <br />  <br /> Candidate profile :        1) Qualification :Graduate with min 2 years exp or MBA with min 1 year exp 2) Age : Upto 35 years 3) Gender : Male 4) Own 2 wheeler, mandatory 5) Experience of network development in Auto industry shall be preferred 6) Highly motivated , a Self-starter who can generate leads and close them too independently 7) An extrovert with Good communication and convincing skills 8) A positive attitude and a go-getter with a never-give up attitude 9) Strong target orientation  10) Good at building long -term relationships Salary : INR 4L -INR 8 L depending upon relevant past experience ,last salary drawn location Gurgaon , but would be in field 90% of the time covering entire Delhi -NCR <br />
