Workfront Senior Consultant

Job Summary

The Workfront Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in integrating and implementing software solutions for clients. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge and strong client relationship management skills, contributing to the overall success of the organization's implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing integration and implementation projects utilizing Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Conduct data migrations from previous client tools and systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
• Utilize programming skills in Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop integrated solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing proactive support and recommendations for improvements.
• Implement solutions in SaaS-based environments for enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 10-15 years of overall experience in software development.
• Client Interaction: 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles focused on integration and/or implementation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or similar IPaaS; strong coding skills in Java, PHP, or Python; familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and relational databases/SQL.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, flexible, hands-on, and results-oriented approach to project management.
• Adaptability: Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
