2–3 years of full-stack development experience (back-end and front-end). 2. Familiarity with AI and NLP techniques for extracting data from unstructured documents (e.g., PDFs, Word les). 3. Experience building minimal UIs using front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). 4. Prociency in Java, Go, or Python for back-end development. 5. Knowledge of building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS). 6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related eld from a Tier-1 institute. 7. Self-starter with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
