Job Description
A charismatic people manager and a sales leader with an astute understanding of technology and sales and marketing. • A master’s degree in business administration (preferably from a top school in India or abroad) • Worked abroad or having experience of working closely with global teams in leading projects that have had a wide impact • 15+ years of business experience, which ideally should include operating at a sales leadership level in an agency, and/or in a consultative solutions environment • Significant people management experience, including responsibility for recruitment, performance management and team leadership • Ownership of national or international level sales targets and budgets, with evidence of proven business development, cost management and profit maximization • A visible and stellar professional reputation within and outside of one’s organization Personality traits that we value: • You are a person of your word • You believe in fairness to every employee and to the organisation, but don’t believe in avoiding difficult conversations • You have an exceptionally high learning quotient and an insatiable curiosity to learn and improve • You isolate problematic situations for what they are and don’t carry the feelings later as grudges against people involved; you are non-judgmental • You are a livewire character and an effective communicator.
