Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of OT Security with 3 openings in our organization based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and managing operational technology environments, ensuring robust protection of critical systems and infrastructure. The role is full-time, with the position set to begin in approximately 15 days. Please note that all applications must be submitted by the deadline of 2025-05-08T18:30:00.000Z.

Responsibilities

• Secure OT Environments: Monitor and safeguard operational technology (OT) networks, including ICS and SCADA systems.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct vulnerability analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats within OT systems.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce OT-specific security policies and procedures.
• Incident Response: Create and maintain incident response plans tailored to OT security incidents.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry cybersecurity regulations and standards within all operational technology environments.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance security controls and provide ongoing OT security training and guidance.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in OT security or related cybersecurity roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of OT network protocols, SCADA systems, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and associated security challenges.
• Security Frameworks: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards applicable to critical infrastructure.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Advanced certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are highly advantageous.
• Technical Tools: Experience with intrusion detection systems (IDS) and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Cloud Integration: Familiarity with integrating cloud-based security solutions in OT environments.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience working within manufacturing or industrial settings.

Experience

• Minimum Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in OT security or industrial cybersecurity positions.
