Job Summary

The Content Head will serve as the custodian of Agilitas's stories, voice, and cultural expression. This role focuses on developing a comprehensive content strategy that supports ongoing engagement across all brands and platforms, emphasizing the intersection of sport, culture, and everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Own the content vision and define narrative, tone, and creative direction across all brands.
• Lead video-first, platform-native storytelling ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.
• Create culturally-rooted content that translates sports and youth culture into authentic narratives.
• Collaborate with brand and business teams to turn strategy into impactful content that drives brand love and relevance.
• Build and manage a high-performance content team, setting creative standards and mentoring talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Communications, or Media.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in content, creative direction, or brand storytelling.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a social media community of 100,000+ followers.
• Strong content creation skills (film, digital, social, editorial) with an emphasis on video-first formats.
• Excellent understanding of audience growth, engagement, and social media trends.
• Strong personal voice and storytelling instinct.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sports or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with various digital content formats and platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in content strategy or related fields; ideally 6-8 years in a leadership capacity.

Environment

The position is based in Bangalore Urban, India, and may involve hybrid work settings.

Salary

Estimated salary: ₹400,000 per annum.
