<div>Role Overview<br />
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected B2B Sales Manager who will drive<br />
institutional and intermediary partnerships for our PMS, AIF, and quantitative investment<br />
strategies. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of exceeding AUM/revenue<br />
targets, a strong network across IFAs, RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers, and<br />
the ability to represent Wright Research with confidence, credibility, and vision.<br />
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys building<br />
long-term relationships, and understands the nuances of consultative, solution-based<br />
sales in capital markets.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
Business Development & Growth<br />
● Drive AUM growth through strategic partnerships with distributors, RIAs, IFAs,<br />
MFDs, family offices, and wealth management firms.<br />
● Identify, onboard, and nurture scalable B2B relationships to expand distribution reach<br />
across India.<br />
● Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and pitching to deal closure<br />
and ongoing engagement.<br />
● Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, research, and<br />
product initiatives.</div>
<div>Client Relationship Management</div>
<div>● Serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners and institutional clients.<br />
● Conduct product presentations, investment discussions, and performance<br />
reviews to strengthen relationships and improve retention.<br />
● Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to position Wright<br />
Research’s products effectively.</div>
<div>Strategy & Market Intelligence<br />
● Contribute to overall sales and distribution strategy, pricing, and positioning.<br />
● Track pipeline, sales metrics, and performance data to drive business decisions.<br />
● Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine go-to-market strategy.</div>
<div>Compliance & Brand Representation<br />
● Ensure all sales and client interactions are fully compliant with SEBI and regulatory<br />
standards.<br />
● Represent Wright Research at industry forums, conferences, and partner events,<br />
showcasing our thought leadership and quantitative investing edge.</div>
<div>What We’re Looking For<br />
● 5+ years of experience in B2B financial product sales (PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, or<br />
Investment Advisory).<br />
● Proven success in driving AUM/revenue growth through institutional and distributor<br />
networks.<br />
● Strong existing network within the IFA, RIA, and wealth management ecosystem.<br />
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to<br />
engage senior stakeholders.<br />
● Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and investment<br />
products.<br />
● Educational background: MBA (Finance/Marketing), CFA, CA, CFP, or equivalent<br />
certifications preferred.</div>
<div>● NISM certifications are mandatory.</div>
