Delhivery is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. This is a remote role suited to a senior professional with 5+ years of experience in the Logistics space.

You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

• Take ownership of reliability engineering across the team's core initiatives.

• Take ownership of capacity planning across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of postmortem culture across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of automation across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Logistics or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in reliability engineering, monitoring & alerting, capacity planning.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
