<div>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Polymer Scientist to join our research and development team. The Polymer Scientist will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing innovative polymer materials for various applications. This role requires expertise in polymer chemistry, materials characterization techniques, and a strong background in polymer processing and synthesis.</div>

<div>Responsibilities:</div>

<div>      •     Conduct research and development activities to design, synthesize, and optimize polymer materials with desired properties.</div>
<div>      •     Perform polymer synthesis, modification, and formulation using appropriate techniques and equipment.</div>
<div>      •     Characterize the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of polymers through various analytical methods such as spectroscopy, thermal analysis, microscopy, and mechanical testing.</div>
<div>      •     Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and generate technical reports.</div>
<div>      •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and develop tailored polymer solutions.</div>
<div>      •     Stay updated with current literature and advancements in polymer science and technology.</div>
<div>      •     Troubleshoot and provide technical support to address challenges related to polymer processing, formulation, and performance.</div>
<div>      •     Design and execute experiments to evaluate and validate the performance of polymer materials in different environments and applications.</div>
<div>      •     Maintain accurate documentation of experimental procedures, results, and observations.</div>
<div>      •     Contribute to intellectual property generation through invention disclosures and patent applications.</div>

<div>Requirements:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>      •     <u>Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. Master’s degree with relevant experience may be considered.</u></div>
<div>      •     Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, polymerization techniques, and structure-property relationships.</div>
<div>      •     Proficiency in polymer characterization techniques such as FTIR, NMR, DSC, TGA, SEM, and rheology.</div>
<div>      •     Experience in polymer synthesis and formulation, including knowledge of different polymerization methods and polymer processing techniques.</div>
<div>      •     Familiarity with polymer material testing and analysis, including mechanical testing, thermal analysis, and spectroscopy.</div>
<div>      •     Ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.</div>
<div>      •     Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize polymer materials and processes.</div>
<div>      •     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present research findings.</div>
<div>      •     <u>Publication record in reputable scientific journals and knowledge of patent literature is a plus.</u></div>
<div>      •     Familiarity with relevant software and modeling tools used in polymer science.</div>
