Job Summary

The Lead Machine Learning Engineer will play a critical role in driving innovative solutions in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. This position emphasizes hands-on experience as the leader will be responsible for enhancing multimodal learning systems, specifically focusing on natural language processing (NLP), automatic speech recognition (ASR), and text-to-speech (TTS). The role involves developing and refining models to deliver high-quality audio and text processing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for NLP, ASR, and TTS applications.
• Fine-tune transformer models and construct efficient training pipelines.
• Design and execute algorithms that effectively fuse audio and text information.
• Build automated pipeline systems for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Conduct audio processing tasks including feature extraction, signal processing, and acoustic modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or deep learning.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming with Python and strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and serverless computing.
  • Familiarity with multimodal learning techniques and audio processing concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs for deploying machine learning models.

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant industry experience in ML, AI, or deep learning.

Environment

• This role will entail on-site work in either Chennai or Bangalore, requiring collaboration with local and remote teams.
